Pros

1. The pros of this company (Hyderabad) accounts only if you are from the testing and consulting team! Then you'll have good work-life balance, good managers and even sometimes good work. That's it. 2. Free snacks, no dress code, monthly birthday celebration.

Cons

Se the pros section! Find anything relevant? Because there isn't any! What's the point of all these things if you can't grow in a workplace! I am talking about Hyderabad as I haven't worked in Bangalore. 1. Horrible leaders i.e. lead, managers! Except one person (dirc.), No planning! No product selling abilities, Huge amount of micromanagement. 2. People with a good rapport with managers will only get good work rest even if you do good doesn't matter, you'll be under scrutiny. 3. Members of the US team trying to take good work within themselves giving donkey works for Hyderabad employees. 4. No matter how much I rant about it it won't be enough! Do Not JOIN, once you do then only you'll understand the meaning of the review.

Pros

The products are great technologically. The people that work here are some of the brightest, hardest working people I know.

Cons

While the management team says a lot of good things, they don't follow through. They talk about about employee development, but in my tenure here there has been zero effort made to actually develop good employees. When you are good at what you do, you end up stuck there, with no opportunity to advance your career. The company has also been rather sexist, at least historically. Women make up less than 10% of the company rank and file, and similar percentages of management. Women are relegated to "soft" roles like HR, customer success, etc. Generally there is a huge lack of diversity in the staff.
