There is alot of work.

They will over schedule appointments, only give the appointments to express while a 6 year main tech complains about never making hours. They don't care if it's 105 degrees in the shop they still expect you to get all the vehicles done, even when you are backed up 15 vehicles at 330pm, but you can't work over time, and the shop closes at 5pm.
