Working at MOC has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The mission of assisting low income families and individuals is a huge motivator for me, and it’s amazing to be part of an organization that truly makes a difference.
The pay is excellent, and the benefits are some of the best I’ve seen. Leadership is strong, and the systems in place make the work organized and efficient. The company is well run, and it shows in the way employees are supported and valued. Most staff members stay for a long time, which speaks volumes about the work environment and culture.

Fast growth has lead to some program inconsistencies, but those are being addressed as MOC slows in their growth.
