Occasional out of town work for 1 or 2 nights, not very often though

Flexible work environment that offers opportunities for growth and plenty of local hours (9-11 hours a day depending on work load plus some out of town and weekend work on a rotating basis). Managers aren't afraid to pitch in and help with major projects and expediated work.

Communication issues between departments can sometimes be an issue but its something that is actively being worked on.
