      Pros

      Working for this company for 2+ years and the opportunities in the years coming are amazing.I like that we have moring meetings atleast 4 times a week. Where the floor is yours when they ask any question makes you feel part of a team. I like that our Store Manager welcome any ideas and walks you dept. with a positive outlook.

      Cons

      Cons- Hmm , well the company tends to keep associates that waste payroll where we can have new hires that can work more efficient and with a sense of urgency cause it is a fast pace place. There are associate that have been with the company for 10+ years and when I work with them thay act like they just started yesterday yet there complaing about someone who has only worked with the company 2 years moving up.

      Pros

      The work is the same every day (at least for janitors), and you don't have many surprises. In my experience, there is a lot of leeway for who does what as long as it gets done. I don't personally mind helping out in all departments after I am done cleaning. Current store manager (not asms) is very nice and understanding.

      Cons

      The management (Assistant managers in my experience) is at each other's throats to be the best out there and suck up to the district manager. The pressure to coerce customers into buying into the TJX card is a bit much. It all trickles down to the front end, which then causes everyone to be unhappy. Compensation is low and raises are based on company loyalty first, then your efficiency.
