      NO JOB SECURITY. Hire and fire rules. No appreciation for good work. Worst companies to work for. Bad Location. Management thinks you are a evasive. Management things clients are God and Employees are Slave. Work Environment is very very bad.

      Pros

      The team collaboration is outstanding, and the work culture is very positive. Salaries are always credited on time. The company provides fantastic increments based on performance. There's a lot to learn here, especially in modern tech stacks like AI, Node.js, Python, Angular, and Flutter. Seniors are very supportive and the learning curve is great.

      Some policies could have been upgraded like mandatory 2nd Saturday, mediclaim benefit to the employees
