Everything else. The family that runs this company is like a sequel for the movie Tommy Boy. It felt like the real parents with Corporate America experience had passed on and theses people were left to run the roost. The sons are obnoxious and very inexperienced. The brain of the company (the dad) hired his wife to be the president and that sets up a nightmare dynamic. There are terrific people at Masy holding up the operation and many of them are also family. These family members are more connected to the outside world.
