Management doesn't seem to communicate well. It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing most of the time. All is okay as long as you keep your mouth shut and take whatever goes on. If you try to speak out or defend your union contract that they agreed to you are sure to get a few days off or more. The main guy in charge of the Northeast seems like a good guy but spend enough time with this company and you will find he's really a snake oil salesman that only takes care of his kids and his favorite brown nosers.
