Pretty much everything wrong in a company exists at MedAcuity. Extraordinarily unprofessional, rude, unorganized.. to say the least. Somebody who is in a position of power at this organization is hands down the most inappropriate individual that anybody could ever encounter. Not only would this individual get visibly enraged by her colleagues input, but this individual would openly cry while trying to work together as a team, making it very uncomfortable to do anything cohesively. Was quick to point the blame at everyone except themself. With absolutely illogical and irrational actions, this individual who works at MedAcuity, took it upon themself to breach personal, confidential, information of their adult employee to contact their employee's FATHER because the employee did not join a call - Which the employee indicated they would not be available for. How is this ever appropriate? This individual was NOT held accountable for these atrocious actions, and ultimately, their employee was let go immediately without any conversation around what had happened. Run as far away as you can from this disgustingly broken establishment. Save yourself the pain.
