We take all reviews seriously, good and bad. We hope all of our employees have the best experience possible while working at our company. Our CEO and President encourage employee growth through various programs such as tuition reimbursement, team building exercises and leadership development programs. Although it is not possible for them to hear every challenge an employee may experience, they encourage all employees to speak opening so challenges can be resolved. In order to resolve challenges more quickly, we have a chain of command policy where employees are encouraged to speak to their supervisor or manager first, then escalate to HR, if needed. We also offer an anonymous line, if employees wish to remain private. We take all matters serious and investigation to the fullest to resolve employee concerns quickly.
