      The Job I did was great. I loved it. The customer service people are wonderful.

      Cons

      The SS people are lazy, don't want to give you answers and just plainly want to pawn their jobs to others. Management does not know what the left hand is doing. There is NO communication from management. Nothing. They will fire you without notice or "lay off" as they called it. This company is heading for a disaster due to the poor management skills with who they have now. Do not waste your time...

      they keep your workload manageable. Job is clearly defined and laid out

      Cons

      Upper management does not seem to know the business well enough to make good decisions about it and never explain their decisions. You will constantly be promised growth and opportunity in 1:1s but that will never happen for a variety of reasons outside of your control. Raises are not based on performance and do not meet COL raises
