Pros
-Lots of real world experience right out of school. I was completing an entire sales process just months in to the job independently. -Great colleagues. I know that my manager truly cares about me and I'm friends with most of the other consultants in the office. -Opportunity to make a lot of money early with uncapped commission.
Cons
-Hard work. I knew that coming in to this role, but it can be hard when most other people my age have easier 9-5pm jobs.
Advice to Management
-Continue learning and travel opportunities. The bigger picture and opportunity at such a young age are what make working so hard worth it.
