-BIG difference from unstructured college schedule. I definitely had to get comfortable with "growing up" -each office operates independently and have their own culture. slight disconnect from HQ

- Be ready to be pushed outside of your comfort zone. - Fun, ambitious but therefore also intense working environment. Not a great fit if you are looking for a 9-17 job.
