I have been working at Meltwater full-time (More than a year)

Pros

*environment or constant growth
*supportive network of peers
*lots of hands-on training

Cons

-BIG difference from unstructured college schedule. I definitely had to get comfortable with "growing up"
-each office operates independently and have their own culture. slight disconnect from HQ

Advice to Management

Keep up the fun competitions and team building events!

    - Lots of responsibility and freedom right from the start
    - Perfect place to develop your management capabilities

    Cons

    - Be ready to be pushed outside of your comfort zone.
    - Fun, ambitious but therefore also intense working environment. Not a great fit if you are looking for a 9-17 job.
