Meltwater is a great company for anyone who is willing to work hard and looking for a successful career path. There are a lot of people not cut out for the role, as they underestimate it during the interviews and then decide they don't really want to do sales. You will have to work hard, but you will be rewarded with so many benefits; - the money - career prospects - a close group of friends/colleagues - dinners, drinks, activities etc. You can move up the ladder very quickly and management are always open to ideas/feedback.
Cons
No one likes the prospecting at the beginning! But you get used to it and it becomes second nature, you just need to manage your time well.
