Pros
The people you work with will be some of the best. Meltwater is so big on culture that you will have such a good time at work.
Cons
Management is all over the place, I went through so many Managing Directors. They are so intent on hiring from within that they end up promoting people to management who are not ready and they really struggle. In Client Success there are so many metrics to keep track of and perform well on, it makes it disheartening when you can't hit them all consistently.
Advice to Management
If there is no one who is ready to be promoted and run an office, then hire someone from the outside. The young managers end up hurting you, and it's part of why turnover is so high.
