Serious lack of management - Front End Developer Memorable (US) Employee Review

As like any other startup, they're a mess organization wise. They ask you to program features that don't even have requirements nor designs. They ask you for things that weren't planned with crazy tight schedules without first estimating with the developer, much less the team. They promise things like offices in the US or anual bonuses (which they take from your monthly salary) and at the end of the year they tell you that the bonus is not coming. If you're looking for a toxic, stressful environment, then you should consider working there. Unlimited PTOs are a scam.
