      Pros

      I've seen this organization and the leadership team evolve over the last several months. They've made a big effort to listen to the employees and address concerns. We started working from home in March and since then they have added benefits, given a stipend, and improved ongoing communication. I loved working here before that time but am even happier now.

      Cons

      There are times when teams don't play as nice together as they should. This doesn't prevent us from moving forward, but practicing more empathy would be helpful.

      Pros

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Cons

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
