The leadership team has been going out of their way to seek feedback and input and then follow through with concrete plans and actions to improve key concerns voiced by employees. Leadership has consistently been making decisions that have had a positive impact on the business and its employees, and has been explaining their decision making process when possible.
Cons
The culture and values were a bit unmoored before the pandemic, and now with the workforce being remote, it seems like teams are left to fend for themselves in establishing a culture.
