The pros are also the cons. The company is moving quickly, which means that the product (and priorities) evolve as the program base grows.

some of the people who work here are fantastic. free lunch/"unlimited" pto

management is on the whole absent, taking 2+ weeks of PTO at a time. They are also notoriously abusive. the CEO does not have any experience working for anyone else and is a narcissist who treats people like garbage. that culture flows through the organization and results in c-suite management that scapegoat their people and set their teams up for failure. Merlin's reputation has suffered greatly and they continuously lose good talent.
