      -Good Benefits -Free Lunch -Teacher Appreciation -Coffee(that you're only allowed to drink on breaks or before shift)

      Cons

      -Management is poor and does not communicate well with staff -They show favoritism to certain employees -They pay people with less credentials more money and if you ask for a raise it is not given to you. -They don't care about you if you aren't a lead teacher.

      Nice campus, management showed appreciation, variety of personalities, mixture of being inside/outside/activities

      Cons

      Hourly wage increase was not that much Stressful/loud sometimes You don't get your PTO paid out if you're part-time
