Pros
depending on department/shift good and fun coworkers to be around, if you want to push a button and move metal from bin to machine to bin, for 8 hours then good job for you
Cons
upper management is awful, departments don't do their job causing other departments to do more work than needed, pay is respectable on the lines but other departments dont get paid as much as they should, note: imo this is a nageative but others may feel different-we are currently on 8.5 hour shifts with a 30 min unpaid lunch, so instead of 9-5 its a 9-5:30
