Pros
Great Pay, Great Benefits compared to my last employer, the organization has a very flat structure so I am frequently talking to executives and senior management, office is like a second home where everyone is friendly and the social events are always a blast, the global nature of the company is very appealing and provides a great learning experience both professionally and culturally
Cons
Given the global nature of the company there are occasions where meetings and work occurs outside of traditional working hours, decision making process can be lengthy as a result of the collaborative nature of the company - not neccessarily a bad thing
