There is an environment created to learn and grow here. You are given a lot of freedom and opportunities to keep trying to get better. I have been here for a short time but my professional skills have improved massively. This is because of a few things- • The right management (industry veterans) • No micro management • Given the right tools and time to create my work • Stress free work environment Management knows that I am capable, that's why they hired me! So they know I can deliver quality work. They have given me ample time and I have also got great support and ideas from my peers and seniors. I see myself having a fulfilling career here.

As with most companies, the HR is not quick to respond and take action on some critical aspects of the joining process. But, I don't have much to complain since my manager takes care of these things efficiently. Needs a better on boarding process.

I've been here for 6 years and have accumulated a certain amount of learning that I believe is hard to get elsewhere. I've learnt to handle projects, understood metrics, drive revenue and make decisions that are important. The scope to do what is necessary is quite high here and I feel if you have the capabilities, this company gives you the right opportunities to showcase them. There are not many restrictions when it comes to creative abilities and ideas are always welcome. Again, there is a tremendous amount of opportunity to learn.

The usual applies here. Lack of coordination between teams, egos and diluted focus. That doesn't mean a bad thing because a company is made up of people and people problems are everywhere, nothing unique about it.
