Pros
I've been here for 6 years and have accumulated a certain amount of learning that I believe is hard to get elsewhere. I've learnt to handle projects, understood metrics, drive revenue and make decisions that are important. The scope to do what is necessary is quite high here and I feel if you have the capabilities, this company gives you the right opportunities to showcase them. There are not many restrictions when it comes to creative abilities and ideas are always welcome. Again, there is a tremendous amount of opportunity to learn.
Cons
The usual applies here. Lack of coordination between teams, egos and diluted focus. That doesn't mean a bad thing because a company is made up of people and people problems are everywhere, nothing unique about it.
