Pros

Flexible hours, you can choose when you work.

Cons

Not very organised, obtaining a shift is not dependant on you. It is very miscellaneous.

Thank you for your review. Due to the nature of our work, we submit your profile to clients before booking you. Most clients run off a preferred staffing list. It can take a while to be booked to a client. Once you have been sent out to a booking the ball is in your court to impress the client and make the preferred staffing list.

Pros

You will learn a lot from the Chef Owner, from cost control, to menu planning. Pop ups, competitions, he knows how to plan. Working under Petro was one of the best things that has ever happened in my culinary life.

Cons

Not many, but depending where you're hired into, you may not have as much interaction with Petro. And Chef Petro is the reason I worked there as long as I did. Once he wasn't around as much, and I stopped learning; I got sorta burned out. I was fired, I guess it showed in my work.

Pros

This job gave me the opportunity to be at elite London events like a corporate party held at the British Museum, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 2 premiere party hosted by Stylist Magazine, and the Save the Children Centenary Gala. One of the venues I often worked at (Landing 42) also has the best views of the city and sunsets.

Cons

I realized I was missing about £200 from my paychecks and it took several weeks to get the money.
