Misleading, Inconsistent - Customer Service Representative Metroplex Management Group Employee Review

There are so many. They were so accommodating when I had a doctors appointment. The environment that they foster makes everyone feel like family. I never had a question that couldn’t be answered. All around 10/10!

I really do not have any. I had to leave because I moved.

I love the people I work with they all are great, it is a great family base business a home away from home and they really care about you. A great place to grow in advance. The main thing I love about the company its not do this for five years before you move up its all on the way you go out there in perform, if you treat it like a job it will pay you like a job. It have taught me entrepreneurial skills and really have me thinking like a business owner. Now if you are just looking for something so you can say I have a job and I can pay my bills then this is not the place for you, but if your looking to grow and really advanced your professional career and willing to put in the work for it then this is all you want here.

We get paid for driving to a retail store without any traffic because we have a great work schedule we don't have to be there until noon so the 8 o'clock morning traffic is over by then and leave retail store 8pm so the 5 o'clock bomb rush is over as well. So if you like sitting in traffic on your way to work then that gone to be a deal breaker to you. We work long weeks but I feel like you have to do the thing that others wont do now to be successful later and other wont.
