Pros
Mostly good people constrained by the terrible system Meyer has.
Cons
Terrible management, terrible infrastructure, No room for pay increases yet workload is constantly outside the regular reqiurements for the job. The tech the company runs on is 20 years out of date and any request to update it gets refused because no one knows how it ot set up in the first place. Told the employees work we're working on Christmas Eve (with two weeks notice) even after every meeting for the last 3 months has been about how slow production is/will continue to be. They did everything in their power to make sure we get as little time off as possible, so that employees would use vactation time on the 2nd and 3rd of January as well (by the time they told us it was impossible to have enough vacation time saved up unless you knew weeks in advance). Managers don't show up to meetings that are designed for us to share any problems, and then punish when those problems affect productivity/motivation, Terrible workplace culture, employees are regularly on their phone/not doing work. This goes unpunished but HR is ready and waiting to give consequences to clocking in (literally) 30 seconds late due to a car fire on my street. I swear the only reason the company is still afloat is due to individuals in mid management positions who are tasked with fixing any and every issue no matter what jurisdiction.
