Pros

If someone says "tangeable" as a reviewer of the jobs here, trust me, they work there, for the people to promote employee purchase schemes of the company they work for, it's clearly current employees encouraging purchasing shares in a no doubt moderately profitable business, the issue is that they just want money same as everyone else, don't forget that the outcome of this type of self posturing is employees getting absolutely bombarded with low level intense untrained NHS gp surgery work, they are the brunt of the exasperated workers in gp surgeries, the point of low level workers here is for people to blame, if the encouragement of the reviews of the company here are for some sort of delusion that it can work OK without the horrendous micro management, all the yes men who are too scared to lose their unethical job, then you are part of the delusion and have been one of the weak workers here that abuses the actual mental health of people, its actually very very sad. I mentioned once about a depressed person and was told "maybe this job isn't for her" absolutely crazy that people like this exist, if the NHS had a fly on the wall they'd run a mile, as it stands they are too integrated and to leave microtech would cause more issues, the place is an absolute shambles every single Monday morning, it's directly linked to your GP Surgery so if you have any tech issues at your GP, this is the place not fixing it.

Cons

Everything is still a con, if you find yourself working here and want to go to a tribunal of some form after your mentally abusive "career" here, you will be disappointed unless it's gross misconduct (very hard to prove) so you will no doubt search the Internet looking for advice, the advice you will get is "you should have looked about the reputation of this company" when I worked here they told me this and I made sure that by creating the reviews of this place it came to be on the map, they have and do encourage fake reviews to balance the GlassDoor ones out, very unethical as they should obviously just take the advice and fix the problems, make no mistake, this place follows the corporate infrastructure that will always no matter what, even in the worst case scenario, make the owners look the best, surround yourself with people who can be sacked and no matter what happens, they can fire everyone blaming them, very very basic strategy used by politicians, they don't actually work to fix things, just blame someone and move on.

Pros

Regular rotating shift pattern - that's all folks.

Cons

Terrible micro managers that are scared of the MD. Analysts that fudge the numbers by closing calls and then opening another call with same details to make numbers look good, Service desk managers don't care because the numbers look good and that's all that matters to Microtech.

Pros

None, slow shipping, slow tech support. Dump people at tech support. They don’t care about you, they don’t listen to you

If I could put zero stars, I would. Everything started fine when I decided to buy a knife for $270 + shipping $15. I bought and decided to go on vacation for a month, so when I get back, I’d have the knife already delivered. Later, I found out that the package requires my signature but I was out. Then, it was delivered to a UPS location. I called that location and tell them tracking number, they say they don’t have that package. At this point I’m confused. The office transfers me to UPS tech support. Tech support transfers me to ups office location. I tried to pay $5 for it to stay there even thought office people say they don’t know about that package. I pay $5 anyway just to hold on to package and get back to it later. It doesn’t say how long they can hold my package but apparently only a week. Because after a week, my package got sent back to sender. Ok, whatever, I didn’t receive for these multiple reasons, ok, just give me my money back. I told me multiple times that I won’t have access to my credit card because I’m cancelling and can receive refund via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cash app. They said only can do credit card (the one I purchased from) or check. I told them again I don’t have access to credit card I purchased from. They said ok, we’ll send you a check soon. I sent them my address multiple times just to be sure. I sent them multiple messages, please don’t make me sign for package again, when, what is eta of check. They ignore me and send an email that they refund me on June 6th on my credit card because they can’t do check. This is when I blow up. I feel very sorry for other customers because they’re experiencing/will experience the same problem. Very stupid people at tech support. Like they don’t care what you send them, they just do what THEY want. Ok, how will I get my refund if I don’t have access to credit card they sent refund to. They just don’t care. This is the only thing I can do is to write a bad reviews about them and make other people cautious
