      Pros

      Everything Milwaukee does is with excellence. We are a performance driven company that expects a lot out of its workers, but also gives great rewards.

      Cons

      Upper management is very hands on, which often times is a good thing. However, there have been several occasions in which their involvement has only hurt rather than helped.

      The workplace feels like family. Also, people are very well taken care of.

      Cons

      Management desks are on the floor, exposed to noise. It is difficult to take calls/meetings and to concentrate.
