Pros
They have great infrastructures and they seriously invest in the people there with the food, comfort, good quality equipments and some parties.
Cons
The atmosphere is nasty and it is seriously a big pressure, so most people do not smile or even talk to others as I believe they feel miserable. Management, a bunch of weirdos acting cool. Colleagues: thats the biggest problem. Over 60% of the company is close minded and come from deep country side, the type which makes jokes about other people in a bully way. To be accepted you have to show you are small and if you are just yourself and do not give a damn then you have serious issues as they most likely put you aside. The return of investment they get when comparing to what they invest in people, they are making a lot of money, crazy. And pay you nothing for what you bring to them.
