The culture is really positive, everyone genuinely supports each other. I feel valued and proud to be part of a company that cares about its people and its mission
Cons
There’s always a lot going on, so can feel quite fast-paced. Occasionally some weeks it's harder to maintain work-life balance, but we get early finishes at 3pm on Fridays during summer and 30 days of holiday a year, which is a great benefit
