You can be a 19 year employee and make less then a new person you training. The Hiring team will try and low ball you as hard as they can. And will even try to get you to sign on to less benefits then company policy. Also you are not Guaranteed, 40 hours a week. They just don't have the work. But they want you only be dedicated to them. Their Trucks will not pass a dot inspection about 8 of 10 have something major wrong with them.
