Nothing noteworthy comes to mind.

The people are the best. It is the best part of the job, from leadership down to new hires. It is the core of the company. Everyone is so. friendly and ready to help with both feet. I have never experienced such an organization that genuinely cares about its people. They also never use the term "we are family." I like that they don't sell anyone on the company or roles.

I can't say there are any cons to this place.
