Pros

-Employers fuel excitement and interest in employees about potential projects. -Employers attract great talent initially.

Cons

-Many potential projects do not come to fruition. -Irregular, incomplete, or no payment for work. -Marital status has been a factor in pay decisions to employees. -Poor retention rate for talented employees. -Few agreements in writing and many broken verbal agreements. -Projects advertised on website are not real or accurately presented. -Feature length film hasn't progressed past concept art, to pitch to investors, since company began. -Employers routinely take extended lunch breaks, or are absent for part/whole days without communicating to employees needing input or feedback on projects.

Pros

Cool projects. Mostly good intentions from the company. Family driven people.

Cons

Top leadership isn't solid. Misdirection with company goals and objectives. Too many projects taken on without an emphasis on the end-client quality. Poor leadership/direction will put you in a hard place, but you'll be blamed for the shortcoming. Oh and the open office is horrendously loud. Not a great work environment for focused work.
