Sales Consultant - Sales Consultant Morton Buildings Employee Review

Training at this job is the worst I have ever experienced. It was a month before I fully went to training for one week. And that week was spent learning how to write emails and other nonsense that does not help with the job. My manager spent half a day training me and tried to cover every aspect of the business in that time. Then they tell you to get out and sell and you are left in the dark to how the buildings are actually designed and where to get help designing them.
