Free beer and the relationships with accounts is very rewarding.

Company is lead by an owner who lacks knowledge of the business and routinely resorts to intimidation tactics on a daily basis. Unfortunately, upper management will then blame the union protected sales representatives with any and all reasons business is doing poorly. Instead of holding leadership accountable it creates a negative feedback loop from top to bottom. Promotions aren't based on personal development or performance but rather on individual temperance. Whoever can tolerate being treated subhuman long enough and who will shield the people working underneath them from the treatment of ownership above. Upper Management regularly resorts to what is simply verbal harassment on a daily basis. It’s a toxic environment from top to bottom under a constant threat from ownership.
