      *Overtime is amazing when they allow it *Work-life balance *Hourly pay was above normal

      Cons

      *Too many people thought they ran the show *No one knew how to do anything *Management was not very knowledgeable *Hired for one thing and had to do everything else *Never had enough equipment to get the job done *Never enforced any rules *favoritism *Expected too much with little help

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and fun to work with. Manager is great.

      Cons

      need different vending machines in breakroom, company that does the machines is WAY overpriced and only has a couple things in it.

      Pay is 3 weeks with overtime and 4 weeks without overtime pay. It averages at around 3500 a month
