      A big IT company that always wants to be bigger

      Cons

      Read the agreement carefully. Talk to law man. Agreement has many hidden tricks. Once you sign agreement it is hard to quit N-IX without paying money to the company. I did not read the agreement correct way. Other employees told me truth after I started.

      HHRR are very nice & supportive.. which is the only thing worth at the company

      Cons

      Management is crazy and has lost direction. Delivery is pretty bad; different teams cannibalise to get projects. I had never seen something like that... I don't recommend it. If sales fail to get new projects, you'll be fired next month. No bench at all.
