I have read all the reviews for this company and many are a very accurate and truthful account of the status quo. The company is trying to go into production with a product that is still its development stages. They are is a panic mode and do not follow systems engineering principles or even basic quality systems methodologies. The product has required several redesigns and continues to fail after very short operational lifecycles. They are making all the typical mistakes that under-experienced operational people will do. No true leadership - Management is incompetent and suffers from analysis paralysis. They are all second time contractors and are clueless as far as how to run an industrialization / production launch.
