Chill environment and everyone seems really nice

No base salary only commission

Struggling here… at this point, I do not believe there are any pros to working for this company.

This company doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Any deal that comes in is a “solid” deal, even if it’s not. And by that, I mean that as long as they will get paid, that’s what matters. Lying incessantly to the customers from the start, costing them more money in the long run. Leadership ignoring customer facing employees on issues that need to be addressed, or giving excuses and having the employees lie on their behalf. Zero accountability or follow through on leadership’s part, yet both are expected from the employee. This company is hurting good people just to make a buck to line the pockets of the owners and executives. Liens on homes for unpaid material, leaving homeowners on the hook for something that the company should have been fiscally responsible for. Oh! And they don’t pay their contractors on time OR what they are entitled to. If they are lucky enough to get paid at all. There’s so much more. Just stay away from this company if you have a conscience. If you don’t- then you’ll fit right in. You may even win a free TV for convincing your friends and family to leave false reviews on Google, to make the company look better.
