If you have another choice then don't join this company. You will be verbally abused and offered no appreciation for your work. I was involved in continuous lies to clients, imaginary projects and saw so many people come and go, mostly because of the CEO. A lot of employees would usually be left in tears after the meetings, most of them would just leave and never come back. Please avoid working for NJAL if you can, even if it's a remote work.
