Pros

Decent wages. Company has been around a while, but that does not mean long term employment. Many great and talented people, but they are limited by management. 401k with 1% match. Not so good, but something.

Cons

Where do I start? Very odd culture. There are a lot people that have worked for the company for 20+ years. They all know each other and can pretty much do whatever they want. Most of them play on their phones all day and dump their responsibilities and work on new employees. HR is USELESS. They care only about the company not the employees. It's truly a disgusting atmosphere when it comes to HR and management. You are constantly monitored by audio and video (audio being illegal). I read a few comments below and I completely agree. I have watched upper management do some pretty horrid things. Including routinely belittling and humiliating a senile 81 year old warehouse worker to his face. He was hard of hearing and I don't even want to repeat the crap these 40 and 50 year old "professionals" would say to him. You will be treated like a slave/surf your first 5 years there - regardless of the department you work in (except maybe engineering). They're really the only smart ones there and treat each other with respect. Management will look to rip you off in anyway they can. Do not trust a word they say.

Pros

Napco has very talented people. In fact brilliant.

Cons

They cannot hold on to that talent. In fact, the talent they have for the most part is up in age and once they retire. Very rigid, toleration management. No flexibility. Unreasonable deadlines, You have to beg for time off.
