      Pros

      • You will have to learn how to do EVERYTHING because the NOC is "fully staffed" with a skeleton crew.

      Cons

      • Management staffs at absolute minimum at all times. • Training and documentation are a lie because manpower is not allocated for either task. • Management will not stand up for employees and will not provide positive feedback. • Essential equipment for a datacenter is not in place. • Staff is disciplined for events that never actually occurred. • Management is exempt from, and will frequently override policy. • Management will outright lie to customers and employees.

      - Excellent 401K, Health, and PTO Benefits - Extremely competitive pay - Provides a stable and enjoyable work environment - Constantly helping employees learn new technologies and actively works to help employees improve upon existing skills - The small size of the company enables staff members to work well with each other and operate more efficiently. - Management is attentive to issues and works hard to make employees happy. - Free snacks and drinks :)

      - Work hours for SysAdmins are a bit longer than you'd find elsewhere, while this doesn't bother me it can be an inconvenience to some. - As with every company I have worked for, information can be relayed to staff with varying degrees of effectiveness, I feel that there is some room for improvement to make communication more efficient.
