Liars, manipulators, and gaslighting. You will be played against your coworkers. Told to check their work and try to find their mistakes. They will be told to check your work for the same thing. You are told to do this behind their backs, without them knowing it. Root cause analysis means every computer problem that ever arises, must be blamed on someone. Endless meetings on why and how you screwed up. Someone is always the mark. The mark will get special harsher treatment, and some of their coworkers will turn on them, in fear to make themselves look better so they can keep their job. Sometimes it's you, other times you can sit back and watch someone else going through hell. Speech is suppressed. If management finds out that you have said something negative about them or the company, you will get threatened and/or fired. You must be careful what you say, and who you say it around. HR listens to the cameras audio that are positioned around the place. Audio is being recorded with the video at all times. HR will tell you that someone turned you in. It's like Germany during WWII with the brown shirts. Keep your head down and stay busy. If you need to ever see a doctor for anything, they will deduct you 4 hours PTO. Even if you are gone 30 minutes. You will work 3.5 hours of your PTO, while they will still deduct it from you. Some people are allowed to work remote, while others are strictly forbidden. It all depends on how well you get along with your manager. Bully tactics. If you or a family member is sick and you stay home. You will be called constantly, slacked, and/or emailed work to keep you busy all day working from home. You will get deducted 8 hours PTO because you worked from home. All the work you do at night and weekends will count for nothing. Whenever a new company rule is distributed, it is always followed by "You can be terminated for not following this rule". Your job will consistently get threatened. No raises.
