Pros
• Nice people, for the most part • Health insurance isn't bad, IF you use it
Cons
• Extreme micro-managing. Extreme. • Pay does not match employee's value/worth/abilities - wealthy company, but cheap - too much is expected of some for the amount of (or lack of) compensation). Check out various employment websites. This company pays $13/hr, where other companies start at $20/hour for the SAME JOB title/description! • No communication ( ex. one instruction from one supervisor/manager, another instruction from another supervisor/manager = YOU'RE somehow the moron.) • Never, ever provide any positive feedback, no matter HOW far you stick your neck out to help the "team". • Only negative reinforcement. Any MINOR detail (nit-pick) will be thrown out there in front of EVERYONE & you made to look like a fool. • You cannot win. No matter how well your performance, how well you work - they WILL find something to turn into a negative and use against you. • If you have no available PTO and have an emergency -- you're not "allowed" to make the adult decision for yourself, of taking the day off without pay. It's simply "prohibited". • They have "temps" for years. Also - give the actual "temps" a sense of false hope that they MIGHT be needed long-term. • The employees that do NOTHING and LIE and create fake cases to make themselves "appear" productive get better treatment and respect than the employees that actually WORK - making it appear as though THIS is the company mantra: "the LESS you do, the less is EXPECTED of you; the MORE you do, the MORE is expected of you" - so what message does that send to employees? • No opportunities to advance in the company or at least within your own department.
