      Pros

      • Trained and allowed me to start recruiting with no previous recruiting experience. • Freedom to plan your day how you see fit (no micromanaging) • Small company and great vibes. Can easily ask your coworkers questions. •New job orders coming in throughout the year keep things fresh and interesting!

      Cons

      Takes time and patience to start to see money come in due to gaurentees but once you get your cadence going you'll be set.

      I had a fantastic experience with Naviron. They helped me find a position that will work really well for me. I would not have found this opportunity without them. I would like to thank Scott Cavanaugh and his manager Evan. Both helped in the whole process.
