Pros

Strong and experienced engineers with interesting mindsets

Cons

- no vision and no values - clients wishes is top priority and changes what we do today - poorly planned and operationally expensive system created by freelancers or consultants - no work from home, not possible to stay at home to wait for a package - vacations should be planned way ahead and be ready to work during it

Pros

Work Environment: - Competitive Engineers, POs, and QAs - Fast-paced environment that will help you grow as a developer with colleagues willing to help you whenever in need. - Outstanding end-to-end web and mobile applications keen on performance and scalability - A chance to work and caters to the needs of different fashion brand companies in one central application. - Always up-to-date with Angular versions and any dependencies so you will never worry about your knowledge being obsolete as it will keep you up to date with the latest dev releases. Team and Culture: - No matter how busy everyone is, they can always make time for you whenever you have doubts and are in need of clarifications - They are very friendly and approachable and are always willing to listen.

Cons

- In a fast-paced environment, sometimes tickets are getting out of control, and surprise tickets are being normalized in every sprint. - No matter how much success and breakthroughs the company is experiencing, or no matter how much contribution you make or sleepless nights you've spent, their employee salaries still remain the same unless the employee itself sends a request for an increase. It would be nice if the promised performance reviews every 3-4 months will be followed.
