Hello Colleague, Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to read what you think. Unfortunately, this is not what we are seeing in Nespresso. Our recent Nestle & I employee survey actually demonstrates the opposite. Over 90% of employees globally are engaged and proud to work for our organization. All of the various employee meeting touchpoints such as our Let’s Connects and Coffee Chats also reflect the same sentiment of engagement and pride. In 2021, we also launched a culture initiative rolling out now across the globe and this is also being received well globally. I would encourage you to come forward and speak with your BEO, Jean-Marc Dragoli, or me. We would be happy to discuss and understand your points.
