Pros

Good co-workers and you will know how not to work

Cons

CEO of the company a big-time jerk he will waste your time by talking else than the required work, he doesn't respect employees time and works, also he will talk like a boss with half knowledge. The culture of the company - I won't recommend this company to experienced people as your learning will stop absolutely and you will be working a lot on non required things in job role. For freshers, you can join as just to know what is to be in the bad company so that you will have a benchmark in the future for rest of the companies when you are senior. Salaries are delayed by 1 month And ex-employees are not paid from last 2 to 3 months Vendors are also unpaid from last 6 months hence, no vendor wants to continue with this company If you see attrition rate is literally 90 + because of such things many of the people are accepting job offers but not joining it. hence hell lot of pressure from clients to complete work. Every day late nights work and no proper compensation Clients - They fooled clients hence they have lost many clients within a year. now hardly they are working with 2 to 3 clients New client acquisition - They are continuing with fooling them by taking pitch work on which they will work only on 1 or 2 things rest will be always in WIP for months

Pros

No scope of pros only cons

Cons

I worked at this place for a year, and I have to say, the work environment here is really bad. At first, I expected to be paid a certain amount, but I ended up getting paid less than I thought. Even when it was time for a raise, they only increased my salary by 3%, which was still less than what I had hoped for initially. Despite working harder than what was expected of me, I was promised a higher salary but never received it. The management only cares about getting results and doesn't care about how things are done. I felt like I was being underpaid, so I decided to leave the job. The management always supports the clients and never takes the side of their own team. They expect you to be available at all times, even calling for updates at odd hours because WhatsApp is their main communication tool. Complaining to HR is pointless since it's a family-run business. They recently changed the leave policy, removing birthday leave and only giving one paid leave after working for 15 consecutive days. When I first started, I was under so much stress that I couldn't sleep properly. Most of the execution team is made up of freelancers, so when they don't deliver on time, the internal team gets blamed. They don't hire the best people because they are focused on cutting costs. Their mindset seems to be that one person should do the work of three and get paid much less than they deserve.
