      Lots of opportunity for improvement. Cool projects to work on and some truly great people

      Cons

      Being on-call because most SQL deployments were not tested and then waking up multiple nights in a row at 4 am. Do not attempt with small children.

      the higher-ups care so much about the employees, it is a welcoming and friendly environment.

      Cons

      The industry they are in is struggling a bit, but they will be fine soon I'm sure. Great leadership.
